I'm Dr. Francesca Medina

Hello

I am a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in North County San Diego, CA. I am passionate about women's reproductive and dermatologic health, and I empower women to have confidence in their bodies by teaching them about their hormones, nutrition, skin, and overall physical and mental wellbeing with holistic and functional medicine.

Located within The Adapt Lab clinic and Olympus Movement Performance, I work with my patients to find the root causes of hormonal and digestive symptoms by building a trusting doctor-patient relationship. I order extensive lab tests and formulate individualized treatment plans to address all facets of health.

The women I support need guidance with their fertility, hormones, nutrition, weight, skin, digestion, and everything in between. My patients often come to me after feeling as though their symptoms and concerns were being dismissed by their regular doctors. I try to cultivate an environment where every patient feels seen and heard-- where even the smallest concern is discussed and not dismissed.
